Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you order a product from DelegateDash.com or PK Entertainment and don’t absolutely love it out of the box, you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will replace it for you. Document the defects or damages right away including pictures, video, etc. Email us at info@delegatedash.com to start the process. There are no shipping charges for the damaged item or replacement.
Our return policy covers returns for most products in new or like-new condition up to 30 days after delivery. Simply email info@delegatedash.com, and we will walk you through the return process. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.
